Awana Registration for 2008-2009

It's as easy as 1 - 2 - 3!

  1. AwanaFill out the form below, including information about your family and each child.
  2. Continue on the confirmation page (see the button at the bottom of this page.
  3. If your entries on the confirmation page look correct, continue on to complete your registration.

At the end of the process, you can print out a medical release form. We must have an medical release form on file for each child that participates in Awana.

Note: There is a $10 registration fee per child, maximum fee is $20 per family. You may send in your registration fee to the church office or pay at the Awana kick-off night to be held August 24, 2008. Additional expenses are shown on the main Awana page.

Awana is for children age 3 (by September 1, 2008) up to those entering 6th grade this year.
