A Word from Your Pastor Search Committee

The Pastor Search Committee has felt your timely prayers and God’s guidance in the past month since we have last updated you.
The PSC has continued to pursue one candidate and God has been confirming our decision in multiple ways. We have finished with all of the background, financial and reference checks. We have reached out to the Stewardship and Personnel Committees as well as the candidate to build a compensation package that we believe meets the needs of our candidate as well as our church. We will meet with the candidate on August 11 to present the compensation package.
The PSC has also begun talking with Pastor Bill Archer about the calendar and plan to make sure that we give you at least two weeks' notice of the events that would take place in the week when the candidate is presented. More details to come when we have finished this next step.
Please continue to pray for our candidate and his family and for our church in this process.
