Reboot is the BCMD Youth Evangelism Conference for students in grades 6-12 held at Skycroft Conference Center. This winter retreat focuses on growth and outreach through a variety of activities including Bible Study, worship, recreation, fellowship and circuits.

DATES: JANUARY 15-17, 2021
COST
The cost of the retreat is $95 per participant
If paying by check, please make payable to Redland Baptist Church and turn into Kevin or at Barn welcome desk. Just put "Youth Reboot Retreat" in the memo line.
A $25 deposit is due by Nov. 29.
Final balance is due by Jan. 3.
If paying online, you may follow the information in the registration link and opt to either pay in full or pay a deposit prior to the final balance.
If funds are an issue, please contact me. We can work something out. Bottom line, we never want to keep a youth from going to camp, retreat, mission trip, etc. because of money!
IMPORTANT DATES (subject to change)
January 3, 2021 - Pre-trip meeting for participants AND at least one parent. 9:45am in the Barn.
January 3, 2021 - Final balance and all forms due.
January 15, 2021 - Meet in the RBC parking lot to load up, pray, and depart. Meet at 2:30pm.* (Registration is between 4-6pm)
January 17, 2021 - Scheduled departure from Skycroft is at 10:15am. The group should return to RBC by 11:00am.*
*DRIVING NEEDS
Please note that due to Covid restrictions, we may need parents to drive their own youth up individually. This determination will be made at a later date. Please be prepared to transport, if necessary.

CHAPERONES
Most of our chaperones have committed to this event, but our ability to attend the retreat is dependent upon having the appropriate number of approved chaperones for the trip.
COVID SYMPTOMS
Prior to the trip, we will screen all participants and chaperones regarding symptoms of Covid-19. If anyone has experienced those symptoms or has been exposed to someone with Covid-19, we ask that person remain home for the safety of all participants.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
We will need a photocopy of your health insurance card if we do not already have it on file. Please have this ready to help us (it's difficult to make photocopies from the Barn!).
