Annual Amani Sale

Amani ya Juu Fair Trade Craft Sale

Saturday, November 7, 9:00am—5:00pm
Sunday, November 8, 12:00pm—4:00pm

Held inside the ROC and outside in the parking lot (weather permitting) *

It is our privilege to partner with our African sisters to host our 9th annual sale of Amani ya Juu products. Handcrafted items include bags, jewelry, kitchen and home décor, Christmas items, and more in a wide range of prices. This is a great opportunity to shop for one of a kind Christmas gifts!
Amani ya Juu (“higher peace” in Swahili) is a non-profit sewing and training project for marginalized women in Africa.
All proceeds go to sustain marginalized African women to further their career in the Amani ya Juu program, to meet basic needs, and to provide an education for their children.
* Per Montgomery County, and the state of Maryland requirements, all persons coming on campus are required to wear a face mask inside and outside and maintain a 7-ft physical distance from those not in your same household.
