January 24 Nominations Accepted
February 28 Nominations End
March 7 Deacon Presbytery
March 14 Deacon Election
April 18 Deacon Ordination
April 23-24 Deacon Retreat

Nominations for the office of Deacon are being accepted through February 28.
 
Basic nomination requirements include being a member of the church for a minimum of one year and at least 25 years old. But there are other, more important qualifications: Deacons must be humble, maturing Christ-followers who are active in the church.
 
Is God calling you to serve in this way? Are there others you believe would make a good Deacon to serve the Body of Christ that is Redland? Begin praying about this.
 
To nominate someone for the office of Deacon, please be sure to talk to that person first before submitting their name for nomination. All nominations may be sent to Pastor Mark.
