Celebrating Easter

Celebrate the Season of Lent with these Resources

Lent is the 40 day season when Christians across the world prepare for Easter by focusing on simple living, prayer, and fasting in order to grow closer to God. Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, March 2 and goes to Easter Sunday, April 17. It's about one-tenth of a year, likened to a tithe of time. A time to give of yourself in a special way that enables you to grow closer to God. Our compulsion to do this is our experience of God's grace.

Lent Calendar

The Lenten Calendar is a valuable tool to help us observe the season of Lent. The activities listed each day are great for meal time discussion and may be done as a family or individually. The calendar may be picked up from the Foyer or downloaded from our website.

Easter Offering for North American Missions

Meet and pray for our North American Missionaries! March 6 begins the 2022 Week of Prayer for North American Missions and the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering. This year's theme is "United." Use the Prayer Guide, available in the Foyer or on our website, to prayerfully prepare your heart for giving to the annual RBC Easter Offering for North American Missions and the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering.
