Celebrate Advent 2023

Advent is the time we look forward to the celebration of Christ’s birth. Each Sunday of Advent, we light a candle on the Advent wreath, counting down the weeks and days to Christmas. Our Advent sermon series this year is Behold: A Savior is Born.

This Advent season at Redland, we have prepared an outreach postcard inviting friends and neighbors to our Christmas music concert on December 17 and Christmas Eve Worship Services. On December 10, we will gather in the ROC Foyer after the 11am service for some pizza lunch before forming into groups to canvas the surrounding RBC neighborhood with these invite postcards and candy canes. We have mapped out 7 neighborhood sections that would need at least 4 volunteers each - or more! Come on out and join us!

Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24 -  Join together at 8:30am for Worship + Online Live-Stream, 9:40am for Grace Groups Discipleship Hour for all ages, and 11:00am Worship + Online Rebroadcast of early service.
Then at 6:00pm, bring the whole family and join together for our Christmas Eve candlelight and communion Worship Service.

Christmastide, Sunday, December 31 - Come at 9:40am for a special New Year’s Eve theme 5th Sunday Potluck Brunch in the ROC and stay for Combined Worship at 11:00am -- In-person only, NO online live stream

There will be no Wednesday Night Activities on December 20 and 27 and January 3.
The Church Office will be closed at noon on December 22 and all day on December 25-26. The Church Office will also be closed New Year’s Day, January 1.
